Overall
13+ years experience in IT Infrastructure Services and Managed IT Services handling large Data Centers & Networks in senior managerial position
Good experience of implementing Data Centre Management framework / standards
Should have good understanding of the complete IT infrastructure requirements & hands on experience in Networks & Data Center, Disaster Recovery Center Design and Management preferably in the Financial Services / Banking domain, ITES / Technology domain
Responsibility for delivery of all projects in terms of meeting the defined SLAs, Vendor Management and 24x7 Operations Management
The position is based in Mumbai and reports to the Head-IT.
