JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Telco CRM Technical Pre Sales Consultant/Senior Manager is responsible for translating client's CRM and Contact Center business requirements into specific system, application, and process designs. This includes working with client personnel and executives to identify
functional requirements and subsequently working with others in the identification, justification and design of the client's CRM and Contact Center solutions. Responsible for a wide range of activities from requirements analysis through design specification. The position requires significant knowledge across one or more competitive CRM and Contact Center ISV solutions, such as Oracle Siebel which is a mandatory skill requirement. Will include directing the design efforts of less experienced architects. May be required to temporarily relocate on an International Assignment to a foreign country. Should have working experience on Pre sales activities. Should be client facing and ability to present and vet technical solutions, sizing parameters, requirements compliance as part of RFP process
