JOB REQUIREMENTS:
.NET 3.5 - Lead - 6 to 8 yrs exp Practicing technical team lead with 6-8 years experience in IT industry. Required Skills: C#, .Net 3.5, WCF, WorkFlow Foundation, SOA Web services, ASP.NET, Javascript, MS Office applications, Sharepoint, Windows Server 200x, WSS, IIS, XML, HTML, SQL Server; Knowledge and implementation experience on architectural and design patterns; knowledge of Microsoft Patterns and Practice; Experience in developing design artifacts based on UML notations and using standard tools; 2-5 years in object-oriented software implementation, designing, developing web based applications and n-tier applications, hands-on, strong database exposure from application
design/development perspective; Knowledge of software development methodologies; deep understanding of object-oriented software design, data modeling, and architectural patterns. Experience in EAI, SOA or any other integration service with application security will be an added advantage. Experience with Offline data syncronization patterns.
