-Works independently towards providing support for escalated incident/problem management requirements (L2 support).
- Expert on different Storage subsystems (EMC, IBM, HP, NetApp etc) and basic OS administration (Ex. Solaris, AIX, HPUX,Linux &Windows etc) , resolves at least 80% of calls routed to him/her , without having to dispatch to service partners. In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting problems and knowledge of storage replication.
