JOB DESCRIPTION :

On behalf of our client, a well-known multinational group of companies is currently requiring a Hardware/Software Engineer. To qualify for this position you must have at least 3 years of working experience with knowledge of Windows Workstation Administration and Server on platforms like Windows 2003 and XP-Professional. Administration of networks with services such as domain-controller, RAS (remote access), VPN, Terminal-Server, Proxy Server and Anti-Virus Software. Must be familiar with tools like PC-Anywhere or VNC and a basic knowledge about database handling i.e. Back-up/Restore and SQL best Oracle. Experience in back-up software like Veritas and Arcserve, Microsoft Office products. GPRS and WiFi experience is an advantageous but not required. Customer oriented working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, with good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
