Job Details:

Requirements :
1.Any graduate or post graduate with 8 to 18 years of experience in software quality assurance.
2.Experience in implementation of CMM CMMI.
3.Should have been involved in preparation of Quality Plan for projects.
4.Provide support to project teams during planning, process tailoring and project execution
5.Should have been involved in collection of project metrics and analyzing project performance
6.Analyzing and compiling of Root cause Analysis for project and take appropriate preventive action form its reoccurrence.
7.Report project quality related issues to top management on regular basis.
8.Experience in participation as ATM or FAR in CMM CMMI assessments will be an added advantage.
9.Performs quality reviews and other control activities to identify weak processes.
10.Ensures employee training on quality issues.
11.Knowledge and experience in management processes.
12. Strong experience with ISO 9000 CMM CMMI
13. Black Belt Certification is Must
14. Ability to work in a team and in matrix organization.
15.Proven ability to effectively communicate any process improvement matter to all levels of management.
16.Ability to lead independently quality related issues.
17.Creativity and flexibility to face and resolve challenges.
18.Good presentation skills.
