Job Details:

Oversees the setting up and administration of Companys LAN and WAN, Data and Voice/Video communication.
Planning, Design and implementation of Network architecture
Planning, Design and implementation of Data Centre comprising of multi OS environment supporting a mid size company.
Oversees implementation of Lotus Domino Mail Messaging system.
Integration of Lotus Domino with Blackberry servers for mail transaction between hand held devices and Mail Servers
Proven knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, networked printers, Windows desktop operating systems, VPN, printers and
indows based applications.
Provide support for third party vendor applications and serve as the escalation point of contact.
emplementation of network and information security policies in addition to other policies as mentioned in organization IT Security Policy
Oversees the administration and maintenance of Company s infrastructure
Oversees all help desk activities
Responds to escalated help desk issues
Managing crisis situation which may involve complex technical h/w or s/w problems
Interacts with internal clients on all level and help resolve IT related issues in timely manner
Build and maintain vendor relationship and manages the purchase of h/w and s/w products.
Ensures that the company assets are maintained properly and that they are covered under AMC at all times.
