Job Details:

1.Job: The candidate will be absorbed in technical customer support (software), they are required to understand the customer s requirement and customization in application software as well as installation and training on our various MIS software (Attendance/Access Control/Canteen applications) on ORACLE/MS SQL databases.
2.Qualifications: PGDCA/BCA/ MCA s and VB programmers (those who are not interested in programming and wants to go into technical customer support)
3.Experience: Minimum 2+ years, should have good understanding of menu driven software. Working knowledge of software installations and software training will be required.
4. Qualities: Hard working, should be intuitive with reasonably good communication skills since they will be required to converse with the customer in front end.
5.Vehicle: The candidate must have his own vehicle.
6. Gender: Male
7.Age: Between 23yrs - 30 yrs.
