Job Details:

Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities: - Support pre-sales and delivery of process consulting engagements as part of larger OSS / BSS system integration and transformation projects
- Deliver independent process consulting projects in the operational and support process areas for telecom operator
Requirements: Promote business process consulting services for communication service providers.
Proactively address potential process consulting cases within selected focus areas, taking ownership and expressing value to customer.
Support Regional Business Consultants with sales and delivery on actual process consulting cases.
Carry out process analysis, design, mapping, simulation and re-engineering of customer business processes.
Work together with other consulting practice areas like Propositions and Service Excellence and Efficiency to develop process propositions for selected themes under those areas.
