Job Details:

Manage a team of engineers and be responsible for all the software delivery engagements of the Company viz. by:
- defining project objectives, scope, plan & deliverables within specific timeliness and budget
- participating in systems requirements collection and design discussions
- setting high quality & performance standards and continuously reviewing and monitoring the progress
- implementing and enforcing uniform and consistent project processes and documenting it.
- identifying, tracking, escalating & resolving / managing project issues
- providing technical inputs and building / enhancing the capability of the team.
Person Profile:
Candidate must possess:
- at least a degree / diploma in engineering
- cumulative software experience of 6-8 year's, including 2-3 year's experience in managing software application projects
- programming (Java / .Net) and database (Oracle or SQL Server) experience
- strong leadership, analytical, problem solving & communication skills.
Candidates with proven experience in managing implementation projects and in the Contact Centre domain preferred.
