Tech Manager position :
Experience : 8 - 12 years
Required skills:
The candidate shall have work experience in wireless telephony. The candidate shall have 8-10 years or more of experience in product design and development, and most of it should come from wireless telephony area. Must have designed and developed real time carrier grade products
before with high availability and a scalable, robust telecom product. Shall have the experience to interface with partner companies local and foreign, tier-1/2 mobile operators in terms of product support and co-ordination during product deployment. Familiarity with Matlab tool is a plus.
The candidate must have exposure/experience in building Carrier grade product on ATCA chassis.
The candidate must have worked on wireless communication protocols and shall be very proficient in
TCP/IP communication, memory management, multi-threaded technology, Sun/Solaris platform etc.
The candidate shall work on requirement analysis, feasibility study, estimation, function design, use case specifications, and shall be proficient in C++ and guide the product team in design, development and integration testing for carrier grade telecom products. The person shall be responsible for product delivery. Shall be able to motivate the teams, provide technical guidance, work closely with solutions architect and systems engineering for requirements management. Shall work in close co-ordination with the US team. The candidate also shall manage a team from project deliveries point of view and shall ensure good processes are planned and implemented for high efficiency and high quality product deliveries. Shall be aware of tools and equipment required for telecom product integration testing.
