Job Details:

Provide strong technical leadership to team members, hands-on development and mentoring
o Provide leadership in defining optimal designs and design guidelines
o Identify and drive qualityproductivityproblem-solving initiatives within and across teams
Independently deliver owned deliverables on time with high quality
Participate in estimation and planning and see that assigned projects are planned appropriately to meet development schedules
Ensure that optimal designs are created and implemented
Participate in establishing and updating development processes and ensure process compliance
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in web based product development and exposure to agile product development cycle is very desirable.
Excellent design skills and strong technical problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Ajax
Exposure to Web 2.0RIA technologies or building smart client web applications is highly desirable.
Exposure to service oriented architecture and WCF is desirable.
Experience in using Oracle andor SQL Server in complex projects will be an added advantage.
Excellent understanding of customer viewpoint and ability to use it effectively in decision making
Strong communication skills in a global environment
