Job Details:

In charge of the .NET Application Development Manage the conceptualization, design, development, deployment.
Provide technical and management leadership to a team of product development professionals specializing in .NET application development
Responsibilities include team building, project design, scheduling and execution
Create requirements and project timelines for new.NET software products and enhancements to existing products
Manage multiple projects and maintain overall responsibility for quality and timeliness of deliverables for the projects
Contribute to high level GUI, workflow and Datamodel design and development
Interface with software development, analytics and actuarial groups in different geographical locations during planning and execution phases to effectively and efficiently address project issues
Continuously monitor and proactively adapt to changing business needs and technology landscape in .NET (and competing) technologies
Develop a progressive work culture within the group that encourages team-work and creative thinking
Experience with SQL Server 2000/2005 or Oracle9i/10g
Strong understanding of Software Development LifeCycle
Strong understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies
Strong understanding of Object oriented methodologies
Proven track record of delivering innovative products in a timely manner
Proven track record of successfully tackling multiple projects and tight timelines
Awareness of UML and object oriented analysis and design
Middleware Technologies and SOA service design and implementation
