Job Details:

# To provide 3rd level Backup and Recovery Management services, support and product support for various supported backup and storage solutions across various accounts. Duties include Maintain backup solutions and Manage storage solution Provide 3nd level technical support, guidance and direction for products supported.
# Analyse and resolve or escalated problems.
# Audit application backup policies and environments to ensure integrity of backup and recovery activities.
# Participate in the recovery of application environments where required.
Ensure integrity of supported environment.
## Technical Skills
Should have basic skills in of Backup and Restore. Have basic Knowledge of storage products. Knowledge of various flavors of UNIX Windows.
Script knowledge in Windows and Unix
