9+ years of experience in the IT industry with minimum 4+ years experience of developing Remedy AR System solutions.
Experienced with good knowledge of BMC Remedy, AR Migrator,with the direct Remedy experience, including 7.x, is a must.
Good Network Management especially Trouble Mgmt Solution Architecting experience
Excellent consultative, problem solving, research and analysis, team building, and leadership skills in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment.
Exposure to work with International Customers, facetoface dialog with Customers
Good handson experience on Oracle Application Server, PL/SQL, JDBC.
Ability to develop relationships with customers to understand and address their needs.
Working knowledge on UNIX OS such as HPUX, Solaris, Linux & Scripting like Perl, Ksh is essential.
Ability to plan and organize the work so that it is efficient and effective and allows service to be delivered promptly and reliably.
