Job Details:
Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor and Manage Service Level Performance, Escalation procedures, timely response and resolution of issues, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventative action follow-through.
Conduct weekly operations reviews, and regular reporting on Service availability.
Schedule and conduct a weekly Service delivery updates with the customer/s.
Work closely with the Customer and Netenrich Operations team to manage service delivery by setting goals, aligning expectations on both sides, reviewing and analyzing performance reports, developing and implementing action plans to improve performance and ensuring compliance as
per defined Scope of Work.
