Our client provides software [contact center software, document automation software, manufacturing software, product configuration software, healthcare software, database management software and application development software] to simplify and improve business operations and customer communications.
Requirement:: Senior Software Engineer
Location:: Bangalore
Job Responsibilities::
* Develop, integrate, and test new software products in support of the center
* Test, integrate, and configure the clients products
* Troubleshoot problems with the operational software and provide software fixes
* Provide development and support for the centers; hardware/software/network infrastructure
* Interact with the client to determine operational needs and coordinate activities
* Interact with operations staff to ensure the smooth operation of the center
* Coordinate with the end users of field systems and provide support and training
* Provide recommendations for new product features and coordinate with other developers
Skill set required::
* Good written and verbal communications skills
* In depth experience with software development for computers running various Microsoft operating systems
* Experience developing software that runs in a networked environment
* Experience with C++/C# languages and Internet technologies
* Unix/Linux or Macintosh OS X experience will be an added advantage
Salary:: Negotiable, commensurate with knowledge and experience.
