Job Details:

Build, then lead, a team of SQA engineers in the design and implementation of testing on the product, as well as related services and content. Team will initially be a small, user-level group, but the size and charter of the group will grow as its successes do.
Work with Development Engineering and US-based SQA teams to determine SQA strategy.
Write a test plan and oversee the execution of it.
Develop metrics to track test progress.
Continuously improve SQA methodology, such as by increasing automation.
