Job Details:

This is a leadership role The head of QA will be responsible for the Quality of the Product, Implementation and Manage the QA department.
* S/he will be responsible for ensuring that all releases including Product versions and custom builds for specific clients are made only after a rigorous process of testing at all levels.
* Functional Testing * Load Testing * Performance Testing
* S/he will be responsible for development of the testing strategy / plans / scenarios / cases and actual implementation of the test cases
* S/he will be responsible to ensuring the bug defect density is minimal
* S/he will be responsible to automate the Business Scenarios
and Functional test cases to the maximum possible
