Key Responsibilities:
Create Delivery Capability for new products ( typically telecom infrastructure hardware )
Manage Design for Excellence (DFx) disciplines covering product manufacturing, testing & supply chain
Manage all product related Delivery Capability Management activities needed to create delivery capability of purchasing, production and Demand/Supply Chain sub areas.
Plan and control budget and resources for Operations during delivery capability creation.
Manage risks related to operationalizing new product designs Declare product milestones / decision points of behalf of Operations.
Heading Operations internal project team.
Prototype build Management.
Responsibility transfer to delivery process.
Manage delivery capability for active products in BUs during maintenance phase
Drive product change management from Operations point of view.
