PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify ways to improve operational excellence and help to reduce TCO for installed assets.Troubleshoot complex technical issues at any/all level of the application technology stack. Act as a custodian of application stack and
ensure application availability and usability. Define various application SLA parameters. Monitor to ensure SLAs and communicate at regular interval to application stakeholders. Define future technology roadmap and lead transition/migration plan.Communicate complex issues with
simple easy to understand terms to non-technical user community. Also input accurate, timely and relevant information to higher management to ease decision process.Install, configure and manage middleware technologies such as application servers, content management system,
service-oriented architecture (SOA), Reporting services, Identity and Access management system, portal etc.Educate and mentor other application administrators.Administer of production and non-production environments.
