Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic industry consulting in the area of Telecom with a focus on:
1.Business Process reengineering
2.In-depth process, functional and domain knowledge in the areas of Telecom Billing,
Customer Care (CRM), Service Delivery Platform (SDP), Dealer-Sales Management (DSM)
3.Good conceptual knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture with an implementation
experience of at least 2 projects
4.Conversant with project standards like (Knowledge on IBM methodology is highly desirable)
5.Excellent Analytical and Solution Definition Skills
6.Intermediate knowledge in the areas of COTS (applicable in the Telecom Domain),
application programming, database and system design
7.Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures.
8.Understands how legacy and web-based systems interface with each other.
