At this point of time we have been given a Mandate from our clients for hiring a " Director - Product Operations" for their organization. Our clients are leading global provider of innovative communication software products, solutions & services. They provide best services architecture for Mobile Telephony.
These are permanent positions based in Pune and need to be closed immediately. The major job responsibilities include:
- Leadership and Management responsibility for all Regional Product Operations including Solution Delivery and Product Support
- Leading a BU with a budget responsibility of 10 to 20 Mio USD
- Responsible for a highly technical team of Telecom Professionals
- Staff Management of NOC, Solution Deliver and GTAC teams (including OSS/ BSS Solutions)
- Participate in draft proposals for customer / partner engagements
