Job Details:

Cognos Team Leader Should 2 yrs data warehousing exp with 2+yrs exp in Cognos tools
Cognos Team Leader Should have 2+yrs development exp in Cognos Report Net 1.1 tools
total IT exp of Team Leader is exp 5-8 yrs.
The Project Leader / Team Leader should have strong skills in development, debugging, testing and troubleshooting applications using Cognos Report Net 1.1 tools.
In depth knowledge of software engineering principles and techniques.
In depth knowledge of Database technologies and associated tools.
Good verbal communication skills & Formal documentation skills.
Manage a team of Developer and also supervisors
Responsible for getting target level of performance from the team
Responsible for team Motivation, Retention.
