Job Details:

Directly assume responsibility of Front end Sales of Engineering Services for the Domain, Geography and Vertical assigned.
Identify leads, establish initial contact, translate potential opportunities into funnel and take each opportunity thru the sales cycle.
Follow up each opportunity and convert opportunities into sales to meet/exceed the targets assigned.
Follow up for Purchase orders.
Manage assigned accounts and customer relationship to generate business form these accounts in an on-going manner.
Prepare Sales proposals, pricing schedules, presentations, quotes and provide clarifications, taking help wherever required from other departments/supervisors.
Participate in negotiations to make purchase orders / business healthy and profitable.
Follow up with tech team and facilitate finance to raise invoices.
Follow up for collections on time.
Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly/ Quarterly Lead/Funnel/Sales reports as agreed with the supervisor and submit timely.
Get involved in conflict resolutions as and when required as part of account/customer management.
Assume the responsibility of customer / Account management.
Co-ordinate Customer Visits, Attend Sales promotion Fairs and Exhibitions for position the Company s Services offerings in the Global Market.
Adhere to the guidelines, rules and process of the company in sales and customer interactions.
Maintain confidentiality of company strategies.
