Should work in team in building the system and reviewing the deliverables
Participate in requirements definition and translate business specifications into application features
Conduct analysis, and modification of programming systems according to program specifications

Candidates Profile
1. Should have experience in .NET Framework 1.1 & 2.0
2. Strong understanding and hands on experience in ASP.NET is a MUST
3. Worked on atleast two live Asp.NET project in a team.
4. Commercial experience developing Web applications and working with access databases is required.
5. Experience with converting asp web application into asp.net web application will be an advantage
