Job Details:

Candidate would be responsible for:
1. Managing affiliate program to recruit new affiliates and increase performance from existing affiliates through new or revised programs (including negotiation of affiliate partnerships, launch support, conversion tracking etc.)
2. Assisting in managing ongoing acquisition programs to improve conversion on Stellar
3. Driving business recommendations based on the tracking and analysis of customer behavior
4. Working closely with product marketing, product management, creative services and web development to implement programs
5. Closely monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the various marketing programs for affiliates & partners
6. Developing marketing programs (affiliate offers, affiliate communications, and newsletters) and oversee the execution.
7. Coordinating internally with marketing, creative, legal, and merchandising to execute all deliverables.
8. Conducting weekly review and ROI analysis of the affiliate programs and track to forecast
9. Working with technology team to implement new or enhanced partner data feeds related to the affiliate program
