Experience with administering Websphere Application Server.
Experience with WASadmin Script execution.
Experience with monitoring the JVM performance by websphere Heap Size.Garbage collection,jdbc pools, troubleshooting experience of a web sphere application server application,must be proficent in varriants of UNIX environments, experience with trouble shooting production applications.
