Job requirements:
1. Excellent communication (written and oral)

4. Experience with the Sun One (iPlanet), IBM IHS, and/or Apache web servers.
5. Experience with administering Web Sphere Application Server Network Deployment (ND) 5.x and 6.x.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Build out - Install the web (Apache/IPLANET/SunOne) and app products (WebSphere).
2. Testing - Assist testing efforts with the client and 3rd party testing resources.
3. Production support-Level 1 troubleshooting and triage. Corrective actions and escalation to L2 and L3teammates.
4. Code installations- Application code deployments in all environments
5. Documentation
6. Change process support -Opening/closing tickets, iPlans, tracking
