-Having excellent knowledge about Tibco Architecture and configuration
-Ability to install and uninstall major components
-Siebel configuration tuning and keeping the performance on optimum level.
-SQL: Extensive SQL experience, complex data extraction, and ability to write optimized queries in Oracle.
-OS: Comprehensive experience with working in any UNIX environment preferably Solaris. Advanced shell scripting in various Unix shells.
-Understanding of the J2EE platform.
-Operations Analysis Excellent trouble shooting skills to determine the root cause of operational problems or issues.
