-Responsible for the configuration and day to day operation of all production servers and to ensure the reliability and data integrity of each server with a goal of no unplanned down time.
- This includes ensuring that all systems are maintained at supported levels of operating systems, patches and code reviews.
-Participate in the advancement of Active Directory infrastructure including but not limited to OU structure, security and DFS implementation
-Interacting with IT staff or vendors in performing complex testing, support and troubleshooting functions.
-Performing software installations, maintenance and support, and related documentation within a production server environment.
