-To convert business requirements into functional system specifications so as to enable the Product Development process to develop products that meets business needs.
- To understand and analyse business requirements to ensure completeness of business requirements definition deliverables from functional perspective.
-To document functional specifications based on business requirements definitions in standards-based modeling format for software development purpose.
- To develop functional test cases to ensure compliance of functional features and capturing of exceptions cases to ensure business needs are satisfied.
-To research, develop and knowledge transfer functional modeling techniques that can improve speed, accuracy and clarity of modeling business functions for software development purpose.
- To manage a team of technical writers to perform documentation and screen-prototyping.
