Architects and designs enterprise software systems, including desktop, smart client, web services and web applications. Leads a team of developers and provides technical guidance to team staff. Provides technical support, consulting, and leadership to internal and external
customers, particularly in the areas of software architecture, project design, development process, and software coding. Accountable for the successful technical implementation of all software development projects assigned.
Lead the design and development of desktop, client-server, smart client, web service and web applications based on different product line.
Consults with internal and external customers to provide technical assistance and gather requirements.
Develops procedures, programs, and scripts to facilitate the entry, delivery, manipulation, and archiving of data.
Analyzes, designs, implements, tests, documents, and maintains software applications, primarily for enterprise GIS systems.
