Job Details:

Sr. SQA(CMMI_Process) engineer openings at Bangalore
Pre-requisites:
1.Between 4-6 years of experience (overall) in IT (all other experience to be discounted)
a)Last 3 years should have been involved as a full time SQA/SEPG member from organizations that works on enterprise applications
b)Should have minimum 2 years of experience in delivery role
c)Must have worked on maintenance and production support environment as well
d)Should have hands-on experience in process definition & QMS management
e)Minimum have implementation/appraisal experience as CMMI V1.2 Level 5 framework
f)Must have worked and have extensive knowledge on Microsoft Project 2003 and above and other enterprise project management applications
g)Must have good training skills
h)Should have strong auditing skills
i)Should possess strong process documentation skill especially in MS-Word and MS-Excel
j)Should have experience in developing technical guidelines, templates and checklists
k)Should be conversant in process tailoring for distributed work environment from a global software delivery model perspective
