Job Details:

1. Consolidation and Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/ annual Financials of US based companies and its subsidiaries, Cash flows Statement and analysis thereof.
2. Preparation of Notes to Accounts of the Company, Directors Reports and Corporate Governance.
3. Preparation and posting of Elimination entries (Intra-group transactions revenue and balance sheet items). Reconciliation of ledger accounts and scrutiny, Statement of Capital Commitments, monitoring of the KPIs, revenue & cost line items, Monthly exceptions reporting
4. Preparing MIS reports including subsidiaries. Coordinating with the various departments and incorporating their inputs while assisting in preparing the budgets / forecasts to be submitted to the management for review.
5. Independently handling of internal and statutory audit.
6. Ensuring Compliances under Indian and US GAAP.
7. Various day to day accounting processes
8. Ability to work on SAP independently.
