Job Details:

Siebel CRM Solution Designer
Study TO-BE processes and identify the best-fit components
Utilize out-of-the-box processes, data model and screen navigations and propose a solution to meet the business needPrepare Functional Specifications Design including detailed business processes, proposed screen layout, business rules/validations etc.
Prepare Interface Specification Design including message input, output and processing logic as well as sample message structure (e.g. DTD/XML).
Liaise with other vendors and partners in a competitive environment
Identify and escalate issues impacting Solution Design phase
