Experience / Skills / Systems Requirements: Technical Skills: Established track record in a senior support position.Experience in relational or object databases, such as Sybase or UDB (required).Experience in Unix/Linux (required).Strong communication and interpersonal skills
(required).Role Description. Demonstrates significant competence and efficiency at supporting a complex mix of distributed systems providing back and middle office functions to a global client base. Many of the functions and services provided are client facing and have tight SLAs. As
part of a global Mission Control team, take ownership of critical batches and deliverables to ensure readiness for the start of business of our London and New York offices.Manage tight SLAs and ensure proper communication and escalation of issues.Liaise with regional Mission
Control heads in Hong Kong, London and New York.Provide supervision, guidance and coaching to a 17 person 24x6 offshore support team.Expand the scope and depth of support provided by the offshore support team.Improve the efficiency of processes and procedures followed by the offshore support team.
