Job Details:

The Scrum Master is responsible for the initiating, planning, and implementation of projects and programs providing new, unique, service and product-based deliverables. They own and manage project backlogs, sprints and programs end-to-end, and coordinate and communicate across groups to provided on-time, within budget, quality deliverables that meet customer expectations. Manage delivery of moderate to complex projects/programs through software product release to ensure customer satisfaction.
Position Responsibilities:
Ownership, support and management of the scrum process and potential deliverables during the initiation phase may include, but are not limited to: Identification of scrum team members needed for a sprint; Management of issues to resolution to remove impediments for the team; Project assumption, dependencies, & backlog grooming; Project/sprint objectives development to determine cost, schedule, & quality parameters; Facilitation of team decision making and team maturity with minimal guidance;
Ownership and management of potential deliverables during the sprint planning phase may include, but are not limited to: Creation and management of Sprint backlog & issues resolution by Leveraging the product backlog and the teams high level size estimates for each user story selected for the sprint to establish a given sprint s scope, cost, time, and quality boundaries; Publish a prioritized, sized product backlog with product backlog items with acceptance criteria to facilitate accurate resource planning, time and cost estimating, task identification and sequencing and critical path analysis, and schedule and budget development; Analyze quality and risk management inputs and metrics to solve problems; Communication plan development, execution, & escalation inputs.
