Job Details:

Key responsibilities lie in the area of supporting project management of all new and ongoing projects at www.nenonline.org
Work with the NEN Online team and others to gather change requests for the site, prepare documentation and send it to the technical team
Report navigation bugs and error messages to the technical team and keep the user informed about the progress
Update content on content management system. Provide access levels to users.
Perform query reports in the content administration tool and send reports regularly to internal team
Coordinate with the hosting provider to get reports on site traffic, usage and performance
Interact and liaise with vendors like hosting provider, mail service provider, and technical team as required
Creating banners in Flash and Photoshop and working on images
Been integral part of Web designing and development team.
Worked on web based projects and managed timelines.
