Desirable Technical Skills Profile
B.S. in Information Systems or related fields.
5+ years of overall Oracle DBA experience with 3+ years of App DBA experience having strong focus on SQL tuning. This is a mandatory requirement.
Strong TSQL / PLSQL skills a must.
Experience in Core DBA work is a plus.
Strong SQL, Unix Shell Scripting skills (Solaris/AIX).
Experience in both Oracle and Sybase will be a plus.
Experience in data modeling would be a big plus.
Should have strong time management skills with willingness and ability to handle multiple projects/initiatives at the same time and, if required, independently.
Self motivated with strong team and interpersonal and communication skills.
