Job Details:

Perform Oracle upgrades, hardware audits, performance tuning, standby failovers, backup and recovery and be part of oncall rotation to support the databases.
Develop tools/scripts to better perform database tasks.
Working with large-scale, highly available distributed Oracle systems.
Should have a proven ability to rapidly master complex new skills and concepts.
Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
Successful candidate should be able to troubleshoot complex technical problems under pressure.
Production support with On-call rotation.
Troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Working with Database Developers to review data modeling and code design.
