Job Details:

Responsible for Instructional Design.
Role includes analysing Traning Needs and audience maturity; defining learning gaps; generating and reviewing content and storyboards for the elearning courses and interfacing with clients.
Develop interventions in terms of e learning models. Generate and review content, questionnaires and develops storyboards for the course. Evaluate participant learning. Acquire knowledge on new tools, design trends, methodologies and technologies. Interface with clients,
collaborates with experts and other teams.
