Alarm Monitoring.
Escalation of Faults to concerned Engineers.
Service Provisioning and maintaining their records.
Providing technical assistance to Field Engineers.
Taking regular backups from servers.
Report making as required by customer such as Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Network reports.
Providing root cause analysis of traffic outages.
