Job Details:

Manage and be responsible for the offshore Business Support team.
Study the potential for outsourcing work from other Capco locations to India.
To monitor current processes and SLAs of the offshore Business Support team and define scope for improvement.
Liaise with the project managers and client partners to ensure all data relating to the project is recorded in the system (PeopleSoft) and data entered is accurate.
Conduct revenue analysis for all Capco locations. Monitor actual revenue vs. budgeted revenue and study the reasons for variance; perform audits to ensure that actual revenue is inline with budgeted revenue.
Prepare pricing analysis for projects at the proposal stage.
Excel modeling: Develop complex pricing models to meet the business needs.
Act as a point of contact between the business and the Application development/support team. This includes:
oDesigning specifications for new reports
o Testing
oWorking with the application support team to fix bugs identified.
Own the operational process for finance close.
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent Excel Knowledge
7-8 yrs of experience.
