"Position: Oracle 10g Tech Lead - 6+ Yrs
Primary Responsibility: Provide hands-on technical leadership for a team of SQL/Crystal Developers. Provide significant input across all stages of the software development life-cycle both to onshore and offshore teams. Manage the delivery of high quality code, implement standards and lead by example by developing great code. Work with development managers to produce and manage programmer task lists. Manage timelines and deliverables. Provide project plans and status reports. Be an excellent team player.
