Job Details:

Handle Translation - English to Japanese, Japanese to English.
Understand the requirement and translate accordingly.
Prepare documentation.
Prepare reports, track tickets.
Handle customer queries, interact with them and give the updates.
Travel to Japan on project requirement.
Requirement :
Any Graduate with JLPT3 or JLPT2 or JLPT1 certification.
Exposure to Japanese culture.
Technical background/experience would be an added advantage ( Windows/Networking/Linux/Unix or any IMS experience).
Certifications like CCNA or MCSE or MCSA or CCNP or RHCT or RHCE or any other technical certifcation would be an added advantage.
