Job Details:

Urgently reqd a IT WORKFLOW ANALYST at Endroit Technologies for our client at Mumbai (telecom company)
Creating purchase requisition for all IT related request material as per request provided by Project Manager after checking all valid documents
Ensure that all Internal and External partners who has any issues related to Procurement are dealt well within the defined SLA and as per the documented work process of the company
Manage CSRs role which is to act as a link to our Internal Partners (i.e. Requestor, Accounts Payable, Vendor Coding, Quality Team, SOX Team, Finance team and Commercial) as well as External Partners (i.e. Suppliers.) to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Ensure that the monthly financial provision for all operational cost under IT department via system Provision or manual provision. Analysis of different MIS on operational cost.
Contribute to the profitability of the Company through ensuring payments are made as per the agreements providing proper details to external partners (Suppliers) to assure amount paid is in line with the agreement.
