Metrics Support Job Description
Role has 3 main responsibilities
Perform campaign setup for individual IM programs, using our metrics tool
1) Set up campaign URLs and test campaigns
2) Work with CIO to coordinate redirect tracking
Pull data reports for the site and for IM programs
1) Maintain site snapshot/traffic report, including easily accessed information on registered users, email alerts, etc.
2) Provide metrics numbers across programs for overall IM purposes
3) Answer ad hoc web traffic/data interpretation questions and perform ad hoc data pulls as needed for status reports, meetings, reporting, etc.
Provide support for team on questions and data reporting needs
1) Pull data for programs in field and completed, on schedule agreed to with Design Leads, and sometimes as emergencies
2) Support over 100 internal users needing to pull and understand data.
