Job Details:
A senior level position in the sales function where the individual would be responsible to manage assigned regions and provide leadership and direction to the subordinates. The incumbent would also be responsible to increase business in his her territory and improve customer satisfaction. The individual is required to:
Responsible for identifying regional sales target for the organization, based on the corporate marketing strategy.
Responsible for implementation of the Regional Sales Plan.
Responsible for implementation of the market strategies for existing
business and new business and implementation of suggested rectification of problem areas identified for product project sales.
Ensuring correct implementation of pricing strategies and policies.
Responsible for approval of order processing and execution.
Monitoring of regional performance through and of the regional managers.
Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
Responsible for business expansion through strategic alliances.
Administration of marketing incentives and all organization wide policies relating to HR, purchase, finance, sales and marketing in all regions.
Analyzing the sales reports of Regional Manager.
Monthly sales review of all regions, Quarterly sales review.
Performance appraisals of Regional Managers along with Mentoring and guiding the sales team
