Job Details:

Essential Job Duties:
Understand client requirements and break it into reasonable modules
Write clear and consice proposals in good English clearly explaining the project requirement, estimated hours to complete the work, the modules or milestones, and estimated cost
Make a clear note of required skills to complete the project and provide feedback on areas where there is a lack
Develop, write, and edit outlines, drafts, and final deliverables for review by the customer/project lead.
Follow style sheet guidelines and customer and industry style guides.
Research information about the product / project, including using the web to get background information.
Assist in improving the documentation, including making recommendations on table of contents, structure/organization
Oversee delivery of every component according to schedule, and according to handoff specifications.
Attend internal and customer project and review meetings, as required
Ensure that all deliverables are reviewed by the designated QA person before the deliverables go to the client, and verify that the deliverables match the requirements.
Keep the Project Manager updated on the status of project hours on a frequent basis.
